Analýza správního trestání právnických osob

Abstract

This bachelor´s thesis deals with the issue of administrative proceedings for misdemeanors committed by legal persons in the Czech Republic. The thesis analyzes both theoretical and practical aspects of this issue and evaluates the regulation of the administrative liability of legal persons. The main objective of the thesis is to analyze the financial penalty and to provide a comprehensive view of the legal framework of this sanction, its purpose, conditions for its application, and the consequences for the entities to which it is imposed. In order to achieve the above objectives, the thesis uses various methods, including: Analysis of legal regulations, study of case law, analysis of selected cases of administrative penalties imposed on legal persons.
