Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with human resources planning in Teva Czech Industries s.r.o. The thesis is divided into two main parts. After familiarizing with the history and development of the company, the theoretical part continues, describing the basic concepts of personnel management, human resource planning and a description of occupational-health inspections. The practical part contains the results of the cost analysis related to employee transfers within the company, suggestions and recommendations that could benefit the company.
