Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to assess the financial stability of a selected company in the period from 2019 to 2023 using selected methods of financial analysis. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part first defines the main data sources used for financial analysis. It then describes the key analytical tools, including vertical and horizontal analysis, ratio analysis, and also focuses on the evaluation of the internal and external environment of the company through SWOT and PESTLE analysis. The selected company is briefly introduced. In the practical part, the chosen methods of financial analysis are applied to specific data, the results are interpreted, and the main problems are identified. The conclusion summarizes the main findings and provides recommendations for improving the company’s financial stability.
