Thesis supervisor: Ing. arch. Pavel Řihák, Ph.D. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of partial documentation for building notification or for issuing a building permit according to Annex No. 12 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., and for the construction of a family house on plot No. 306/42 in the cadastral area of Muglinov, according to Annex No. 13 to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., to a reasonable extent according to Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of buildings. This bachelor's thesis was prepared based on an architectural study from the subject of Studio Creation I in the academic year 2020/2021, under the guidance of Ing. arch. Ing. Daniel Vaněk. This study was subsequently modified and further elaborated in the subject of Studio Creation V in the academic year 2022/2023, under the guidance of Ing. arch. Pavel Řihák, Ph.D., and was also prepared in the form of project documentation for a building permit in the subject of Studio Creation Va in the academic year 2022/2023, under the guidance of doc. Ing. Miloslav Bagoňa, PhD. The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a family house for a four-member family in the district of Slezská Ostrava. The building is designed as a detached two-story house with a flat roof and a covered parking space for one car. The thesis is divided into a text part of project documentation and drawing documentation within the scope of the bachelor's thesis with a specialization in architecture, where the detail of the staircase is further developed.
