Hodnocení efektivnosti investice

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je Hodnocení efektivnosti investice, a to pro společnost AmpluServis, a.s. Nejprve je charakterizována společnost jako taková, její předmět podnikání a poskytované služby. Poté jsou v teoretické části popsány principy a postupy při hodnocení investice, dále použité metody hodnocení investice, kterými jsou vnitřní výnosové procento, čistá současná hodnota, výnosnost investice a doba návratnosti. V praktické části je charakterizována investice, poté je provedeno vlastní hodnocení investice a na základě výpočtů jsou zvolené metody vyhodnoceny a okomentovány. V závěru je uvedeno, zda je investice výhodná, nebo ne, což je také cílem této práce.

The subject of this thesis is the Evaluation of effectiveness of capital investments, for company AmpluServis, a.s. First is characterized company as a whole, hers subject business and provided service. After, the theoretical principles and practies described in evaluating investments, used investment evalution methods, which are Internal Rate of Return, Net Present Value, Return of Investment and The Payback Period. In the practical part id characterized investment, then the personal rating of investment and the basis calcualtionare are chosen method evaluated and commented. In the end, i tis stated that the investment is benefical or not, which is also the aim of this work.
