Abstract

Population in Czech Republic grows old and this brings many problems-social and economics. One of them is housing and cares for seniors. Object is situated in a centre of village Vřesina u Hlučína. Inside is pension with social care for seniors reached by services (seminars, clubs) and a duty of civil amenities (cafe and hairdresser). But main function of this is housing – with 22 beds. All spaces and rooms are user friendly - for seniors. Spaces are designed for immobile persons, there are many places to meet – corridors are over dimense – like habitable streets. There are much of green, plants. Especially in the winter garden. Whole object is trying to communicate with surroundings, by glassed areas and services in the house. Project is supporting creation of new relationship of seniors, but it offers also privacy. It provides social living, health living and join with a nature. For the help is in the object social care for seniors. Object is made from 3 masses. 3 floor mass, 2 floors mass crossed it and glassed mass goes through them.
