Vliv atmosférických podmínek na povrchovou kvalitu válcovaného pásu

Abstract

Tématem bakalářské práce je vliv atmosférických podmínek v prostředí krytého uzavřeného skladu, nekrytého skladu a v solné komoře na povrchovou kvalitu válcovaného pásu. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na seznámení s technologií válcovaného pásu, charakteristiku vstupů a výstupů této technologie, degradační procesy a povrchové ošetření pásu. V experimentální části je materiál vystaven třem různým prostředím, za použití rozdílné technologie ošetření a závěrem je vyhodnocení vzorků a porovnání s jednotlivými prostředími.

The presented thesis is devoted to descriptionis the influence of atmospheric conditions in covered closed storage, uncovered storage and in the salt chamber on the surface quality of rolled strip. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses on the introduction of rolled strip technology, the characteristics of inputs and outputs of this technology, degradation processes and surface treatment of the strip. In the experimental part, the material is exposed to three diferent enviroments using different treatment technologies and the final is the evaluation of the samples and comparsion with the individual enviroments.
