Abstract

This master's thesis is focused on optimizing the preparation and characterization of thin nanocomposite layers based on polymer/phyllosilicate on different substrates. The thesis contains theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes properties and use of polymer (polyaniline), phyllosilicate (montmorillonite) and composite material based on these two components. The practical part deals with preparation of nanocomposite thin layers based on polyaniline/montmorillonite on various substrates, their characterization by AFM measurements and measurements of Raman spectra, and also measurement of their electrical conductivity. The aim of this work was to obtain a thin layer with the highest electrical conductivity and on its basis to evaluate the most suitable substrate and the best method of preparation.
