Abstract

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the preparation of computational tool, which is focused on solution of statically indeterminated structures in 3D from bars and beams using direct stiffness method. This computational tool was made with the use of programming language Python. Result of this work is a tool enabling input of general task, followed by computation of unknown parameters and plotting of internal forces. Program core is controlled by graphic user interface, which increases user friendliness. Results were then verified using available tool based on finite element method. Text part of thesis includes principle of used method for solution and computational tool. Result quality verification is also part of the text.
