Rozvoj a vzdělávání zaměstnanců v konkrétní firmě

Abstract

The issue of this bachelor work is employees’ education and development in the company VAE THERM, LDT. In many societies this activity is underestimated or management doesn´t pay much time and attention to this matter. This work is aimed at carrying out the education system in the company and suggesting recommendations and drafts to improve this situation.

The theoretical part is coming out from specialized literature and internet source. It is mainly dealing with development, education, methods of education and procedure.

The practical part is aimed to the characteristics of the company. With the help of questionnaire it is trying to find out how the employees are satisfied with education system in the company. According to them answers it was suggested recommendation to improve the situation in the company.
