Abstract
The author of the bachelor thesis wants to present the advantages and disadvantages of the centralization of the operation centres of rescue and security divisions observed at the operators of the Police of the Czech Republic and the National Fire Service. Furthermore he wants to show with the help of analysis the future shape of the operator’s centres of the services of the Police of the Czech Republic and the National Fire Service.
