Odborná příprava jednotek požární ochrany předurčených v ochraně obyvatelstva

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématikou jednotek požární ochrany předurčených v ochraně obyvatelstva. Teoretická část diplomové práce poskytuje základní informace o ochraně obyvatelstva, vybraných úkolech a definuje pojem předurčenost v plnění úkolů v ochraně obyvatelstva. V teoretické části je dále obecně charakterizována odborná příprava, její rozdělení a stanovení vhodného systému odborné přípravy předurčených jednotek. Obsahem praktické části a zároveň cílem diplomové práce je navržení metodických listů pro odbornou přípravu jednotek požární ochrany předurčených k plnění úkolů ochrany obyvatelstva. A to tak, aby bylo možné tyto metodické listy použít v praxi a zdokonalit tak připravenost školených jednotek na zdolávání mimořádných událostí.

The thesis deals with the topic of fire protection units predestined in the protection of the population. The theoretical part of the thesis provides basic information about the protection of the population, selected tasks and defines the concept of predetermination in the performance of tasks in the protection of the population. In the theoretical part, the training, its division and the determination of the appropriate system of training of predetermined units is also generally characterized. The content of the practical part and the aim of the thesis is to propose methodological sheets for the training of fire protection units predetermined in the performance of tasks of population protection. This is so that these methodological sheets can be used in practice and improve the readiness of trained units to deal with emergencies.
