Abstract

This master thesis deals with the topic of „Recommendations on Increasing Company´s Competitiveness.” The goal of this master thesis is to work out suitable suggestions and recommendations that will lead to stronger competitiveness of a company. This thesis is conducted in conditions of a small company FRIPOS Valašské Meziříčí, s.r.o. The thesis is divided into several parts. The first theoretical part describes terms to do with competitiveness, business enviroment and it features methods of competitiveness analysis. The second chapter deals with the characteristics of the company, then describes the methodology of data collection by questionnaire. The following chapter contains the analysis using: STEP analysis, Porter five forces analysis, evaluation questionnaire and SWOT analysis. Closing chapter includes suggestions and recommendations on increasing competitiveness of the analyzed company.
