Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of inventory management at Sejong Czech s.r.o. In the theoretical part there is described the distribution of stocks in warehouses according to various species and methods of use. Further I will deal cost optimization and various methods of inventory control. An attention is paided to the customer-supplier relationships using the method JIT (Just In Time). The practical part deals with the characteristics of Sejong Czech s.r.o. and the system analysis, on whose based are designed to address problematic areas inventory management in the company.
