Abstract
The thesis is focused on description and comparison of the geological methods used for the environmental remediation. It describes in detail the development of ecological loads, the way of their remediation, related legal frame and also reflects the financial resources dedicated for the remedial activities in Czech Republic. Part of the thesis is focused on the issues related to the public procurement of remedial actions in Czech Republic including the description of the costing and pricing process performed by applicants.
