Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of land acquisition plan and it´s discussion of the schema_dspacedb. First, the thesis introduces the history of civil rights, the importance of land-use plan, it´s goals and where they learn about it. Then you will learn about the different types of land-use planning documents and documentation, with the purpose of the zoning plan, the various stages of discussion of zoning plan. Followed by an example land acquisition plan for the city Žatec. Another part is focused on public involvement in the process of acquisition, and explanation of the meaning and impact of the issue of land use plan in relation to the schema_dspacedb. The conclusions are given opportunities o inform the public about the importance and need for involvement in the process of acquisition.
