Měření spokojenosti studentů střední školy

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor paper was to measure the satisfaction of students with the services, which are provided by a school. In the introduction, I gave reasons for the choice of the topic and set the targets of the work. In the characteristic of the school, I outlined the history and the present situation of Commercial academy. In the next part, I dealt with the theoretical definition of terms ‘satisfaction’, ‘services’ and their measurement. The main part of this work is the analysis of the results obtained on the base of a questionnaire. Finally, I suggested recommendations in the area of buffet, canteen, the missing services, school web site, education and the approach of pedagogues. In conclusion I sum up the whole bachelor paper including the obtained results and recommendations.
