Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the implementation of the SAP system in a company operating in the beverage sector. The goal is to optimize and integrate the company's existing operations, improve data management, communication, and decision-making processes. A detailed analysis of the current state of the company's information systems is conducted, identifying key issues and providing a comparative analysis of available ERP solutions. The selected solution is SAP, chosen for its functionality, adaptability, and alignment with industry needs. The implementation process follows the ASAP methodology and is divided into several phases, which are described in the thesis. The proposed system is expected to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and support the company's growth by streamlining business processes.
