Abstract
The diploma thesis aims on the evaluation of the effectiveness of tools for recruitment campaigns of workers´ professions in a selected company. It is essential to evaluate important recruitment indicators such as age and education. The ROI method will be used to assess the return on investment of the recruitment campaigns. According to the previous evaluation, the budget for the next recruitment campaign will be proposed.
