Identifikace příležitostí a hrozeb rekreačního střediska

Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is to analyze the external environment of the recreational area "U Kateřiny", to determine the most important opportunities and threats, and also suggest solutions of particular situations. To achieve valid solutions there was also made an analysis of the internal environment in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the area. The theoretical part describes the methods that were used in this analysis, and the practical part is an actual analysis of the external and internal environment. Based on the outcomes of the practical part, there were created proposals and recommendations which were forwarded to the owner of the recreational complex.
