Analýza konkurence na trhu bankovních studentských účtů

Abstract

Aim of this work was analysis of competition of student's bank accounts in the domestic market and see how the student's bank account from Ceska sporitelna stands within the competition. The methods used were personal interviews when 136 respondents were interviewed. From the results was found that the biggest representation among the respondents has student's bank account from Ceska sporitelna. The recommendations for the Ceska sporitelna, we focused on four major areas including products, services, fees, and promotion, where we designed specific proposals.
