Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe the typical management environment of Marianske Hory and Hulvaky urban district and to assess specific factors that affect a large area of material and technical security of the city district Marianske Hory and Hulvaky administration. The theoretical part is mainly devoted to defining concepts with emphasis on interpreting the body of public administration knowledge. At the core of the practical work the specific analysis of the process and providing substantive and technical base ofthe urban district is included. The final part describes the actual state of the material and technical support on the basis of the theoretical background and their own attitudes.
