This bachelor thesis focuses on analysis of the quality management system, fulfilment of legislative requirements of OHS in the company and a proposal for controlled compatibility of QMS and OHS. The theoretical part is divided according to the individual systems assuring quality, occupational safety and health protection, environmental management and requirements of the integrated management system. The practical part describes the selected company, analyses fulfilment of the requirements of ČSN EN ISO 9001 standard and assurance of compliance with the legislative requirements for OHS. The individual chapters include recommendations that may be applied to improve the processes.
