Model opotřebení krystalizátoru

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the wear of the ring mold in the continuous casting of steel and the creation of the model based on actual measured data. The practical part consists of visualization wear mold depending on the number of tons of cast. Furthermore, cluster analysis was performed with the software program Statgraphics, which grouped produced steel grades, so that one cluster of steel were approximately the same parameters. Finally, the modified input data to the overlapping frequencies of individual steel grades.
