Zvýšení účinnosti vstupní kontroly u výrobce hydraulických tlumičů pro kolejové aplikace

Abstract

The goal of this thesis is to assess the efficiency of the process of input control at a manufacturer of hydraulic dampers and to propose and integrate potential improvements. The first part of the thesis focuses on theory. The requirements of standard ISO/TS 22163:2017 are described in this chapter, which are the starting point for this work as the standard requires process approach, including process of input control and related requests. This chapter also describes process in general, process of input control, focuses on process improvement and introduces the company with its production program. The second part analyses how the process of input control at the manufacturer of hydraulic dampers is being performed. Proposals for improvement based on the analysis are presented and implemented in the final part of the thesis.
