Monitoring bočních svahů lomu ČSA

Abstract

During mining activities and minerals extraction always happens incidents and disasters that can´t be inhibited. This fact to the present days induces need to prevent disasters by accepting various protective arrangements. In conditions of strip mining on ČSA locality it concerns first of all about problems of past underground extraction and direct proximity of Krušne Mountains massif. That´s why the network of monitoring stations and points has been built for detection of mine lateral hillsides´ movements. The disertation is focused on this monitoring network. It describes primal reasons for its building and progressive change its usage till transition to automation in observing movements. It´s also focused on particular components of network as are monitoring points and stations, computer technology and datas outputs. In final disertation rates up to now activity, suggests next positions monitoring points and speaks about future of the network in conditions of assumed termination of extraction.
