Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the design and implementation of four laboratory exercises on the TI Analog Electronics Board in conjunction with the NI ELVIS III. Applications for automated measurement, data processing, and visualization were developed in the NI LabVIEW environment. The laboratory exercises focus on measuring the current-voltage characteristics of diodes, bipolar junction transistors (BJTs), field-effect transistors (MOSFETs), and on temperature measurement using semiconductor components. The accuracy of the measurements was verified by comparison with theoretical predictions and reference values. The work resulted in a set of functional applications and accompanying documentation ready for use in teaching.
