Michaela Kantorová The subject of this bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an administrative building in an urban area on parcels No. 833/3, 833/6, cadastral area Ostrava-Vítkovice, in accordance with the valid decree No. 131/2024 Coll., on documentation of buildings. The basis for the bachelor thesis is the architectural study from the subject Ateliérová tvorba II - academic year 2023/2024, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Roman Osika. This study was developed and revised in the subject Ateliérová tvorba V - academic year 2025/2026, thesis supervisor Ing. arch. Michaela Kantorová, in collaboration with consultant in civil engineering, Ing. Marek Jašek, Ph.D. The bachelor thesis contains project documentation for the construction and a text section with an accompanying and summary technical report relating to the building and plots of land. The appendices contain drawings of the building and architectural designs.
