Územní studie zástavby lokality „Nové Dvory“ ve Frýdku - Místku

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je vypracovat variantní návrh využití dané lokality pro účely individuálního bydlení formou územní studie. Práce řeší dvě varianty architekto-urbanistického návrhu zástavby území s ohledem na začlenění do stávající zástavby. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je propracování jedné ze dvou variant, včetně řešení dopravní a technické infrastruktury s napojením stavby na stávající dopravní a technickou infrastrukturu a propočet nákladů. Samostatné objekty zástavby jsou navrženy ve dvou variantách: RD-A a RD-B.

The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is to elaborate a utilization proposal of an assigned locality for family housing purposes, using a form of a territorial study. The Thesis consideres two variations of architect-urban project development with respect to its incorporation into currently existing housing area architecture. This result is a further elaboration of one of these two variations suggested, including plans for traffic and technical infrastructure, connecting the building-up to both infrastructures mentioned above and calculation of costs. Detached buildings are designed in two variants: RD-A and RD-B.
