In this Master Thesis, i will discuss at cutting transport costs. The work consist of two parts, a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of approach and defining the concepts related to the topic. In the practical part we introduce the company LV Trans s.r.o. for which was first made the analysis of the current situation. Then we provided specification of detected deficiencies and subsequently designed the optimal solution.
