Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is to evaluate the financial performance of the company DILERIS a.s. using the ROE analysis during 2013-2017. This work is divided into two parts. The theoretical part is focused on explanation of used methodology. In the practical part, Dileris, its competitor and their accounting data were first introduced. Next, Dileris was analyzed by vertical and horizontal analysis. In the following chapter, pyramid decomposition of ROE and analysis of deviations were performed. The achieved results were compared with the main competitor of Dileris and the results were evaluated. Finally, some steps were recommended to the company to maintain and improve its financial situation.
