Zkoumání vlivu motivace na produktivitu práce ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem motivace na produktivitu práce zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. Cílem práce je analyzovat vztah mezi úrovní motivace zaměstnanců a jejich pracovní produktivitou a posoudit rozdíly ve vnímání těchto faktorů mezi jednotlivými skupinami respondentů. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vymezení pojmů produktivita práce a motivace zaměstnanců a na přehled vybraných motivačních teorií. Praktická část je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu realizovaném prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi zaměstnanci společnosti. Získaná data byla zpracována pomocí průměrných hodnot na Likertově škále a kontingenčních tabulek. Výsledky analýzy ukazují, že vnitřní motivace zaměstnanců je hodnocena pozitivněji než motivace vnější a představuje významný faktor ovlivňující pracovní produktivitu. Vnější motivační faktory vykazují větší variabilitu hodnocení a naznačují existenci rezerv zejména v oblasti odměňování a benefitů. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou formulována doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení motivačního systému a zvýšení pracovní výkonnosti zaměstnanců.

This bachelor’s thesis examines the impact of motivation on the productivity of employees within a specific company. The objective of this study is twofold: firstly, to analyse the relationship between the level of motivation among employees and their work productivity; and secondly, to assess the differences in the perception of work factors among the different groups of respondents. The theoretical component of the study focuses on the conceptualisation of the terms 'productivity in employment' and 'employee motivation', as well as an overview of selected motivational theories. The practical element is founded upon a quantitative investigation conducted by means of a questionnaire among the company's personnel. The data obtained were processed using the mean values of the Likert scale and the contingency tables. The findings of the study demonstrate that internal motivation among employees is perceived more favourably than external motivation and is identified as a significant factor in determining job productivity. Externally-driven motivational factors demonstrate greater variability in their evaluation and suggest the presence of potential areas for improvement, particularly in the domains of remuneration and benefits. In view of the findings, a series of recommendations have been proposed with the objective of enhancing motivation and thereby increasing the productivity of employees.
