Analýza silných a slabých stránek podniku z pohledu zaměstnanců

Abstract

The main goal of this thesis was to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the company DEVA F-M from the employees' perspective. The evaluation was achieved on the basis of questionnaire survey of two groups of employees, the production department and technical and economic staff. Exploratory factor analysis was used to reduce variables and facilitate the interpretation of strengths and weaknesses. Then a SWOT analysis was developed for both group of employees and their views were compared. It was found that the strengths outweigh the weaknesses in the company and that although the views of both groups are in most cases similar, the view of technical and economic staff is slightly more optimistic than in production workers. In the end, specific steps are formulated that can help to eliminate weaknesses that employees of the company perceive.
