Abstract

The subject of this thesis is to study endocrine disrutpive substances, the chemical nature, especially man-made. This work, searching nature, deals mainly their harmful effects on living organisms, including humans, which seriously disrupts the function of the endocrine system. It is then given a list of example of endocrine disruptive substances, especially the nature of the pesticide, which is all this work focuses. Another point of this paper is to illustrate eliminate these substances from a contaminated environment in which an emphasis is placed on the phenolic nature of the substance and procedure for disposal, in particular biological processes and help ligninolytic sponges and degradation by enzymes secreted. The last section is devoted to analytical methods for their determination.
