Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is an analysis of student behaviour at bank servis market. This work describes the buying behaviour of students and their purchase decision-making process. The first part is focused on consumer behaviour. The following section describes the characteristics of the banking market. To meet the objectives of the work there is an electronic questioning on the social network Facebook. On the basis of the observed facts the results are processed in the analysis of research, which describes the differences in behaviour among students in secondary schools and universities. Finally, suggestions and recommendations are drawn for the bank.
