Vliv pandemie Covid-19 na celkové fungování společnosti MGL s.r.o.

Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on topic of infulence pandemic Covid-19 on overall functioning MGL s.r.o. The goal of this diploma thesis is overall evaluation of the functioning of the company before the pandemic, during the pandemic and after the pandemic. Diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is focused on a search of professional literature in the field of pandemic Covid-19. In the practical part the thesis is more focused on evaluating the impact of the pandemic in MGL. Especially it is about sales area, movement of the employees, purchasing and profitability during the crisis. The years 2019, 2020 and 2021 were selected to determine the effects of the pandemic. Based on this comparison of these years the result of the crisis effects was evaluated. A SWOT analysis was developed and comprehensively evaluated. Based on this analysis, possible measures were proposed to improve the overall economic situation of the company.
