This thesis is aimed at civil engineering and building services. It is devided into parts of text, drawings and annexes. Project documentation for realization of apartment building made from polystyrene concrete is written up in main part of thesis. Apartment building has two floors without basement and it includes five apartments. Thermo-technical assessment of the entire building and also of typical details is important part of this thesis. Preparation of hot water, heating system including heating source design and compulsory ventilation design are solved for apartment building. The conclusion of the thesis is comparison and economic evaluation.
