Abstract
The thesis aims to clarify the quality of the process of community planning in Jesenicko compared with the criteria of quality social services planning. Community planning of social services is understood as the analysis of needs and resources of social services and recommendation of possible solutions and priorities for further development which is under negotiation with all stakeholders. To evaluate the process of planning social services are utilized mentioned evaluation criteria. Applying the quality criteria was developed with the support of labor and social affairs, and have important implications for the initiation of the process of CPSS. Quality criteria are planning tool which is used to achieve the quality of social services.
