Technologický postup pro provádění základů a hydroizolace spodní stavby

Abstract

The aim of my bachelor thesis is to prepare project documentation for the building permit of an apartment building and to describe the technological procedure for the foundation and waterproofing of the underground structure. The bachelor thesis also includes a thermal assessment of the given house structures, a budget and a schedule related to the described technological procedure. The house is designed on a foundation of plain C20/25 concrete and lost formwork filled with C20/25 concrete and reinforced with R10505 ø12mm reinforcing steel. As waterproofing is designed as asphalt strip GLASTEK AL 40 MINERAL, which also serves as protection against radon.
