Zpracování podnikatelského plánu za účelem založení podniku

Abstract

The master thesis focus on the creation of business plan. Aim of this paper is to create business plan of a company which will be producing wooden dog toys. Theoretical part is describing most important concepts, methods and structure of whole business plan. Theoretical background and chosen methods are then applied on specific company in the practical part of the thesis. All findings are in the end evaluated in SWOT analysis.
