Abstract

This thesis „Problems with settling employee relations“ deal with change this problems in new labor code. Aim this thesis was zoom these changes in setting this relations, how these changes sees ourselves employers and how these changes help or hurts employees. In the first part there are processed changes in new labor code compared to old and what next changes passed. In next part are survey postures employer and employees this new law. In the end of the thesis there registered survey temper this law.
