Geografický informačný systém malé obce

Abstract

V predloženej diplomovej práci je popísaný spôsob zefektívnenia a lepšej prezentácie aktuálneho stavu informačného systému katastra nehnuteľností Slovenskej republiky, jeho možnosti využitia a zlepšenia na úrovni príslušnej samosprávy. Teoretická časť obsahuje zoznámenie sa s problematikou geografických informačných systémov. V ďalšej časti je prehľadne popísaný aktuálny stav informačného systému katastra nehnuteľností SR, jeho aktuálne možnosti využitia a obmedzenia. Cieľom mojej diplomovej práce bolo vybudovať nový geografický informačný systém samosprávy a implementovať do neho aktuálne dáta zo súboru popisných a geodetických informácii katastra nehnuteľností, ako aj ďalšie tematické vrstvy pre zefektívnenie činnosti samosprávy a možnosti lepšieho využitia širokou verejnosťou.

In the presented master’s thesis there is described a way of streamlining and of better presentation of the Slovakia real estate cadaster information system current stage, its utilization and enhancing possibilities at the level of a particular self-administration. The theoretical part includes a familiarization with the geographic information systems issue. In another part there is digestedly described the Slovakia real estate cadaster information system current stage, its current possibilities of utilization and its current restrictions. The aim of my master’s thesis was to build a new self-administration geographic information system and to implement up-to-date data from a real estate cadaster descriptive and geodetic information file, as well as another thematic layer for self-administrations activities streamlining and possibilities of improved utilization by general public, into it.
