Řízení zásob v těžebním podniku Čertovy schody, a. s.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení zásob v podniku Velkolom Čertovy schody, a. s., který se zabývá těžbou a zpracováním vápence. Teoretická část se zabývá vymezením zásob z hlediska jejich členění, klasifikace a významu. V další části práce je stručně popsána charakteristika podniku a vývoj základních ekonomických ukazatelů. Praktická část bakalářské práce pojednává o problematice řízení zásob v podniku. V této části byla provedena aplikace a vyhodnocení analýzy ABC a následně byl vyhodnocen stávající systém řízení zásob. V další kapitole bylo navrženo optimalizační opatření ve formě diferencovaného systému řízení zásob. Na základě vyhodnocení tohoto systému bylo dosaženo cíle bakalářské práce ve formě zlepšení dosavadního stavu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of supplies management in the company Velkolom Čertovy schody, a. s., which focuses on the limestone production and processing. The theoretical part is concerned with the specification of supplies in terms of their classification, division and importance. Further on follows a brief description of the characteristics of the company and the development of the basic economic indicators. The practical part of the thesis discusses the issue of the supplies management in the company. This part presents show the application and evaluation analysis ABC and subsequently an evaluation of the current system of the supplies management. The next chapter is preoccupied with the optimization measures in the form of a differential system of the supplies management. The bachelor thesis meets its goal in presenting the evaluation of the system and the outline of the possible improvement of the present state.
