Abstract
The theme of the Bachelor thesis are mortage banking in the Czech Republic. The theoritical part contains a concise breakdown of the banking system and also issues relating to the mortgage loans. They are be choosen the free banks (UniCredit Bank Czech Republic, a.s.; Hypoteční banka, a.s. a Komerční banka, a.s.). These are briefly introduced as well as their offer of mortgage loans. The practical part includes the model examples which are applied to these banks. In the examples is to offer mortgage loans these banks was compared according to the total amount of mortgages and overpayment.
