Zahájení podnikání rodinné firmy

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se autor detailně zabývá problematikou rodinných podniků, které jsou charakteristické svými specifickými vlastnostmi a dynamikou. Součástí práce je také popis prostředí, které tyto podniky v České republice mají, zahrnující legislativní, ekonomické a sociální faktory, které ovlivňují jejich fungování a rozvoj. V rámci práce autor popisuje řádný postup vytvoření rodinného podniku při současných legislativních nárocích, který zahrnuje procesy zakládání, organizace, řízení a nástupnictví. Autor dále popisuje své osobní zkušenosti a účast v rodinné firmě, ve které aktuálně působí, a na základě této praxe navrhuje konkrétní rodinný dokument a plán nástupnictví, který může sloužit jako užitečný nástroj pro udržení kontinuity a rozvoje podniku v rodinném prostředí.

In this bachelor's thesis, the author extensively explores family businesses, which are characterized by their specific features and dynamics. The author thoroughly analyzes the environment for these businesses in the Czech Republic, including legislative, economic, and social factors that influence their operation and development. Within the thesis, a proper way for establishing a family business is described, including the processes of establishment, organization, management, and succession. Furthermore, the author reflects on personal experiences and involvement in a family firm, providing insights that inform the proposal of a specific family document and succession plan, serving as a valuable tool for maintaining continuity and fostering the development of the business within the family context.
