Analýza auditů u dodavatelů

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is dealing with an assessment of findings from supplier process audits in time frame of three last years. Theoretical part is focused on general information about the cooperation with suppliers and approache to suppliers. There is described the auditing process according to norm ČSN and VDA6.3. Practical part contains an information about the manufacturer of lighting products in automotive industry, especially part of organizational structure(hiearchy) where supplier development is being realized, supplier evaluation procedure, escalation, complaint solving and recommendations to auditing. In this part was done an assessment of supplier audit reports at suppliers of bussiness commodities, which are entering to process of serial production. Final assessment - observed deviations from VDA 6.3. requirements are suggestions for improving activities of responsible people. These activities should be focused on areas, where were detected the biggest and repeated deviations in the tracking period.
