Analýza skladování a expedice

Abstract

Závěrečná diplomová práce poskytuje ekonomickou analýzu pro vytvoření nové pobočky skladu stavebnin a její úspěšný chod. Pro danou práci byla zvolena zavedená česká firma Ferram Stavebniny, s.r.o. Otevření plánované pobočky předcházejí úvahy o přesném umístění skladu, velikosti, struktuře materiálu, volbě skladovací technologie, počtu zaměstnanců a odhadu okruhu potenciálních zákazníků. Stěžejním bodem byla volba vlastnictví skladovací haly. V úvahu přicházejí varianty výstavby nové haly či dlouhodobý pronájem stávající haly s vyhovujícími parametry pro daný provoz. U obou variant by umístění skladu bylo mimo centrum města Zlín. Z dílčích analýz vyšlo jako ideální řešení pronájem již existujících skladovacích prostor v lokalitě Zlín - Prštné. Po provedení ABC analýzy bylo zjištěno nejžádanější zboží na skladě a na základě výsledků byla určena i velikost potřebného areálu pro provoz pobočky s plochou min. 800 m2. Výsledky analýzy byly rovněž podkladem pro volbu příslušné skladovací technologie. Následně jsem touto analýzou podrobila i zákazníky společnosti a stanovila tak odběratele, kteří se nejvíce podílí na celkových tržbách společnosti.

Final thesis provides economic analysis for the creation of a new office warehouse building and its successful operation. For the job was elected a Czech company established Ferram Building Ltd. Planned opening of a branch of the preceding considerations, the exact location of the warehouse, the size, structure, material, choice of storage technology, staffing, and estimated range of potential customers The pivotal point was the choice of property warehouses. This could be variants of the construction of new buildings or long-term lease of the existing hall with the qualifying parameters for the operation. Both options would be the location of the warehouse was outside the center city of Zlin. The sub-analysis was published as an ideal solution to the existing lease storage space in the locality Zlin - Prstne. After the implementation of ABC analysis found the most popular products in stock and on the basis of the results was determined by the size needed to operate a branch campus of surface min. 800 m 2nd. Results of the analysis were also the basis for selecting the appropriate storage technology. Subsequently, I underwent this analysis as well as customers of the company and set to customers who are most involved in the company's total sales.
