Abstract

The goal of the submitted thesis is to explain the issue of the current legislation of trade business, characterize trade business in the Czech Republic and compare terms of trade business of Czech Republic with the Slovak Republic and the United Kingdom. Thesis consists of five chapters, includes 4 schemes and 2 figures. First chapter presents the introduction to topic. The second chapter gives a comprehensive overview of the history of trade business and basic concepts related to trade business. The next part describes the trade license from its inception to the termination and briefly describes trade offices and trade control, transgressions and offenses and current administrative fees, too. In the fourth chapter, the states and assessment terms of business are compared by the method of comparison. The closing chapter describes structure of this thesis and purpose of the topic.
