Abstract

The Bachelor Thesis analyzes the competitive surroundings of a small business. It explains the basic concepts such as business environment, competition, competitiveness and selected marketing analysis. The Aim of this Thesis is to assess the competitiveness of selected companies and propose a strategy to maintain its market position.
