Abstract
The bachelor thesis contains the analysis of the firm of DATECH-PRO s.r.o. customers´content. The aim of the thesis is to suggest changes that would lead to content increase of the customers of this firm. These changes will be suggested on the basis of the results of the survey on the issue.
Each part of the chapters characterizes the above mentioned firm and at the same time it tracks the customers´ content with the provided accountant services. The bachelor thesis is focused on the marketing research using a questionnaire, from which I consequently acquired and analyzed the needed data about the provided comfort in accountant services to its customers. In the conclusion of the thesis there are on the basis of the research results suggested particular proceedings.
